1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 747.bar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2 Account Eligibility

• Results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, 747.bar will review the system logs and restore any affected balance in accordance with accurate transaction records.

7 Prohibitions & Restrictions

747.bar's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

747.bar reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from competent authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance remaining after review will be returned via the original payment method within 5 business days.

10 Laws & Jurisdiction
